Invest in a Better Future for your Community
Little Foot is looking for investors to help scale the business to meet the high demand for electric lawn care and landscaping services in the Northern Virginia area. The business has experienced tremendous growth the past few seasons and with growth comes challenges that are unique to an electric lawn care service. Below are examples of projects/challenges that Little Foot needs your help to overcome. For more information please contact David Jimenez (david@littlefootlawncare.com) to schedule a meeting to discuss how we can work together to solve these challenges.
Projects/Challenges

Warehouse Space
Little Foot can streamline operations with a warehouse space that can accommodate storage of supplies and equipment, parking of commercial vehicles and trailers and have plenty of power to charge all our equipment all at once overnight. With our current office set up we are not able to scale efficiently due to office modification restrictions and lack of sufficient power to charge our equipment.

Solar Panel Upgrades
Little Foot vehicles are equipped with solar panels to help keep batteries charging all day long. However the current panels are outdated and need upgrading to increase the amount of solar input and to allow for charging on cloudy and overcast days.

Commercial Division
Invest in a commercial division for the company dedicated to commercial clients that want to go green with their grounds maintenance. We have plenty of inquiries from swim clubs, churches, and corporate campuses that would love to use our service. Your investment can help us be more competitive in this area.

Battery Power
As we scale the business the demand for battery power is higher than ever. In order to accommodate more clients on our mowing routes we need assistance purchasing more batteries to improve the number of lawns and leaf clean up jobs we can do in a day.

Additional Vehicles
Additional vehicles will allow us to accommodate more clients and expand our service areas.

New Equipment
Invest in new equipment to help us take on more customers, improve service quality and help us take on larger properties.
